What happens when we find you a purchaser?
All of our buyers are financially qualified and explained the buying process of your property by one of the directors. We take a non-refundable deposit from the purchaser gaining commitment for their purchase.
We will produce a sales memorandum and instruct solicitors for both purchaser and seller. The solicitors will then produce a private purchase agreement between both parties with a further deposit payable upon signing.
The financial and legal process will be tracked by us ensuring a speedy conclusion to the sale.
